This month, TUNESS Research Team interviewed the eminent Dr. Larry Michalak (cultural anthropologist of the Middle East and North Africa and previously Vice Chair of the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at UC/Berkeley and Director of CEMAT in Tunis). The questions were related to the identity of Tunisians, the revolution process in Tunisia and factors affecting its progress, the political history and culture of Tunisians as well as some comparative analysis with other countries and cultures. We would like to thank Dr. Michalak for his valuable inputs.
